Heart Ministry
Serving You through Prayer

Heart Ministers act as extensions of our official
church ministers. They visit the sick, elderly, and
homebound. They pray in person or over the phone
with those who have prayer needs. 

“Where two or more are present I AM in the midst."

The Heart Ministry is available to pray with you.
You can request prayers in several ways: 

  • Submit a prayer request through our online form;
  • Complete a paper Prayer Request Form and put it in the Prayer Box to the right of the front door of the sanctuary;
  • Call the Center (925-937-2191, x20) and make a request over the phone;
  • Mail in a written request.

You may make anonymous requests if you wish. If you would
like to have someone pray with you over the phone, indicate
your name and phone number on the form, or when you call the Center.  You need only give your first name.

You may also submit a prayer request online by clicking here.

We will pray for you for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, we will send your prayer request to Silent Unity where they will pray for you for the next 30 days. All prayer requests are confidential.

We are also available to pray with you after the Sunday services.  Look for those of us wearing the Heart Ministry badges around our necks.
