HeartMath Dialogue 
with Toni Roberts
2nd Saturday of each Month, 10:00 AM
at Unity Office, 1800 Oak Park Blvd., P. H.

This class is a focus group aimed at helping people who are acquainted with the HeartMath tools to learn ways to refine their practice, and also to inspire others to begin learning the tools and/or join one of the self-guided HeartMath Study Groups.  
   
You are also invited to join the Facilitated HeartMath Study Group guided by Ciel Gierke that meets on the 1st, 3rd, & 4th Saturdays.
  
HeartMath Study Groups are still forming. Sign up at the Welcome Table on Sundays. These groups gather weekly to learn and share together. We have many groups presently meeting and new ones are forming all the time.

Toni Roberts spent ten years on the staff of the Institute of HeartMath and supports people from around the country in working with their own hearts. She has used deep knowledge and skill with the intelligence and power of her heart to overcome major obstacles in her own life including clinical depression. She is also available to UCWC people to help them fine-tune their heart skills at toni@unitycenter.net.
